"I recently booked NoBroker for my relocation from Bangalore to Greater Noida, and I must say it was an extremely disappointing experience. Almost every item I received was severely damaged — my microwave, cups, and both small and large pots were completely broken into pieces. When I raised a claim for compensation, I was shocked to receive an email stating they would refund only ₹1,700, which is nowhere close to the value of the damaged items. This level of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable. I urge everyone to think twice before trusting NoBroker with their hard-earned money and valuable belongings. Their service is all branding and no responsibility. What they promise in advertisements is far from the reality you’ll face. Truly a frustrating and disheartening experience."

"Let’s start with the word that best describes their service: HORRIBLE. I moved houses from Noida to Greater Noida—a mere 17 km distance. The Beginning I received a quote that matched the one given by another well-known movers and packers. However, I chose them because they seemed to be a trending service online, and their packing videos appeared highly professional. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. From the start, reaching them was an ordeal. Their only communication channel is their app’s chat section. After multiple messages, they arranged a callback, but only after 24–48 hours. The executive who took down the inventory list made numerous errors. I had to escalate the issue to get it corrected, which took 3 days. During this time, they conveniently added INR 1,000 to the original price. The Day of Shifting On moving day, six rowdy and absolutely mannerless men arrived to pack my belongings. They worked at breakneck speed, throwing items into boxes and polythene bags in the most careless manner imaginable. They packed only 10 boxes and stuffed the rest of the items into polythene bags, claiming it was “better.” Do not fall for this claim—it’s a trap. Their strategy is to use bags to quickly shove items inside without care. Since they don’t need to unpack the bags at the delivery location, the unpacking nightmare falls entirely on you. I was left with 35+ polythene bags, many of which contained broken items due to their careless packing. To make matters worse, they created 30 additional bags beyond the original 45-item list. They loaded the 10 boxes onto the truck but left the extra 30 polythene bags behind. That’s when the blackmail began: “Pay us INR 35,00 extra for the 30 bags, or we’ll leave them here and move the truck.” Despite my protests, they refused to budge. They wasted 2 hours of my time during this back-and-forth, repeatedly blackmailing me while most of my belongings sat in the truck and the 30 surplus polythene bags were left behind in the house. After escalating the matter with NoBroker, I managed to negotiate the demand down to INR 1,500 instead of the INR 3,500 they initially demanded. However, this resolution came only after multiple calls and significant mental stress. Additional Harassment As if that wasn’t enough, I had to arrange a cab for four of their workers to reach the new house. They claimed the extra bags had filled the truck, leaving no room for them to sit. This was a blatant lie. There was plenty of space in both the front and back of the truck for them to sit. This was just another attempt to harass me further because I hadn’t agreed to pay the full amount they demanded for the extra bags. I ended up paying for their cab as well, adding insult to injury. Communication Issues Their communication is abysmal. The only way to contact them is via the app’s chat feature. After multiple requests, they might arrange a callback after 1–2 days. The lack of direct communication is incredibly frustrating, and any attempts to escalate issues only lead to more delays and additional charges. A Word of Warning I fell for their glowing reviews on Google and Quora, which I now realize are fake and paid. The reality is far from what is written about them. Final Thoughts This company’s services are a nightmare from start to finish. Between their unprofessional packing methods, blatant blackmailing, additional charges, and constant harassment, I deeply regret choosing them. Avoid them at all costs."

"Worst service from no broker packers and movers, recently i had a household transfer from pune to noida , the pickup was done on 21st may 2025 and before pickup i told them i want delivery to be done after 1st june and they agreed on it but before delivery they demanded extra money . Their customers service is pathetic no one is there to listen you queries , no proper communication between partner and customer . Worst experience , pathetic"

"Guys never ever use this service, I recently have shifted from Hyderabad to noida , they have lost my 3 luggage cartons and also has damaged my brand new godrej almirah , sofa and computer table ,moreover at the time of packing , labour asked for rs 1000/- which has been paid by us else they refused to do quality packing, Further no one is ready to take any responsibility...it's a worthless and complely untruthful service...."
